West Line Village is an approximately 10-acre transit-oriented development (TOD) project that aims to introduce a mix of high-density housing options in a project construct that maximizes walkability and accessibility to transit. The project site is within ¼ mile of the Sheridan Station RTD light rail station and a short walk to the Colfax transit and retail corridor. The RTD West Corridor line links Lakewood and Jefferson County with Downtown Denver.

The Traverse Apartments project is a 281-unit residential multi-family project uniquely located between downtown Denver and the Rocky Mountains. Situated on a steep site on the east end of the West Line Village neighborhood, the location offers direct access to the Sheridan Station
through a public plaza where pedestrians and bicyclists connect the neighborhood with Lakewood Dry Gulch and the larger Denver trail system.

Within the building, there are 2 at-grade courtyards with a pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, seating & shade structures, coworking areas, yoga and fitness areas, and fire pits for residents to enjoy.

On the rooftop, there is a deck with a fire pit, comfortable seating, and sweeping views of the mountains and city.
